      Guidelines for Placing an Order

    1. Submit or fax in your Purchase Order and/or our completed Order Form. Choose one of the order placement options above.

    2. Send the digital files for your artwork via FTP (internet file transfer). You will be prompted to provide your file for transfer at the end of the order placement process. For small artwork files you may choose to email the file or put it on a disk.

    3. If trying to match a sample, please note a Pantone color or foil color that is close. Also enclose any samples. Indicate which you prefer to match, the sample or the Pantone color.

    4. 50% deposit required on first time orders. A credit application is available for download if you wish to establish terms. We also accept Visa, Master Card or American Express.

    5. If shipping directly to a third party and your account is on C.O.D., full amount of job and shipping cost is required in advance.

    6. Please indicate daytime phone, fax and contact person. A customer service representative will contact you after receipt of your Purchase Order and our completed Order Form.

    7. Promotion Policy: We reserve the right to use all products we produce for our own advertising unless you specify otherwise, in writing, at the time you place your order.
